Job Summary**
The ideal candidate will work closely with business, IT, and digital teams to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business impact, high-quality user experiences, and scalable automation.
**Key Responsibilities:
AI Knowledge Base & Prompt Engineering**
- Design, build, and maintain structured AI knowledge bases (FAQs, scripts, workflows, decision trees).
- Engineer, test, and continuously optimize prompts for chatbots, voice bots, and internal AI assistants.
- Translate customer service, sales, and operational processes into AI-ready conversational logic.
- Document prompt logic, AI behavior rules, and governance standards.
AI Solutions & Automation
- Implement and manage AI-driven tools such as chatbots, voice bots, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on enterprise AI implementations.
- Audit, test, and continuously improve AI conversations and system performance.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor AI performance, customer experience metrics, lead quality, and ROI.
- Ensure AI outputs meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience KPIs.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven enhancements.
Stakeholder & Process Collaboration
- Work closely with customer service, sales, operations, and IT teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and customer journey optimization.
**Required Skills & Experience:
Technical & AI Skills**
- Proven experience in prompt engineering and AI knowledge base management.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in AI solutions, automation platforms, or digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools (chatbots, voice bots, workflow automation, analytics).
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (configuration, integration, data management, reporting).
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in AI and CRM environments.
Business & Operational Skills
- Background in customer service, customer experience, or quality assurance.
- Experience in customer-facing operations (contact center, sales, support).
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze lead quality and business ROI.
Soft Skills
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
