**Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE | Fulltime, onsite

Job Summary**

The ideal candidate will work closely with business, IT, and digital teams to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business impact, high-quality user experiences, and scalable automation.

**Key Responsibilities:

AI Knowledge Base & Prompt Engineering**

  • Design, build, and maintain structured AI knowledge bases (FAQs, scripts, workflows, decision trees).
  • Engineer, test, and continuously optimize prompts for chatbots, voice bots, and internal AI assistants.
  • Translate customer service, sales, and operational processes into AI-ready conversational logic.
  • Document prompt logic, AI behavior rules, and governance standards.

AI Solutions & Automation

  • Implement and manage AI-driven tools such as chatbots, voice bots, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on enterprise AI implementations.
  • Audit, test, and continuously improve AI conversations and system performance.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor AI performance, customer experience metrics, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Ensure AI outputs meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience KPIs.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven enhancements.

Stakeholder & Process Collaboration

  • Work closely with customer service, sales, operations, and IT teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and customer journey optimization.

**Required Skills & Experience:

Technical & AI Skills**

  • Proven experience in prompt engineering and AI knowledge base management.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in AI solutions, automation platforms, or digital transformation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools (chatbots, voice bots, workflow automation, analytics).
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (configuration, integration, data management, reporting).
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in AI and CRM environments.

Business & Operational Skills

  • Background in customer service, customer experience, or quality assurance.
  • Experience in customer-facing operations (contact center, sales, support).
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze lead quality and business ROI.

Soft Skills

  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
