What you'll work on
- Lead the design and development of advanced analytical models (ML, predictive modeling, optimization, NLP, generative AI).
- Own the full model lifecycle: experimentation, validation, deployment, monitoring, continuous improvement.
- Drive adoption of modern MLOps best practices.
- Design robust data pipelines for training and inference.
- Work with Kubernetes/OpenShift (preferably EDP) to operationalize models.
- Leverage SQL/NoSQL databases to optimize data assets.
- Translate stakeholder needs into analytical opportunities.
- Collaborate with software engineers and architects to integrate ML into end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to internal expert groups and mentor junior team members.
- Promote best practices for modeling, coding, and quality.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or similar.
- Proven experience in end-to-end ML development.
- Strong Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, Streamlit).
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps/MLOps, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Strong SQL/NoSQL experience.
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging for ML Ops.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Business knowledge (ideal, but not mandatory):
- Structure of healthcare systems (hospital specialist GP payer)
- Roles of healthcare professionals: physicians, nurses, pharmacists
- How care pathways and patient journeys function
- How health systems differ across markets (US vs EU vs JP)
- Understanding of HCS partnerships, local health systems, and the complexities of integrating digital tool
