Lead Software Engineer – Generative AI GCP Vertex AI – Japanese Speaking

We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer with strong experience in Generative AI and Google Cloud Platform.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Vertex AI

• Strong GCP experience (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM, Logging, Pub/Sub)

• Experience building RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector search, retrieval)

• Strong Java and CI/CD experience

• Experience integrating LLM solutions into production systems

• Japanese speaking (Mandatory)

• Strong communication in English and Japanese
