We are hiring for a Senior AI Engineer (Cyber / AppSec) on a W2 contract basis. This role involves designing, building, and deploying AI solutions specifically in the Cybersecurity and Application Security domains.

What you'll work on
- Develop and train NLP-based AI models using Python
- Build and optimize AI systems and LLM-based applications
- Influence AI behavior using Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Use MCP for code remediation and optimization
- Improve AI model performance and efficiency
- Integrate and deploy solutions with Java or .NET applications
- Utilize IDEs for development, testing, and debugging
- Collaborate with engineering teams and leadership

What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience building AI programs from scratch
- Experience deploying AI tools in Cybersecurity and/or AppSec environments
- Strong background in AI/ML SDLC within enterprise environments
- Expertise with LLMs and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Strong experience with AI model performance optimization
- Advanced Python development
- Senior-level programming experience in Java or .NET
- Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Experience working with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs)
- Strong Prompt Engineering experience
- Experience building AI Agents
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
