Role overview
We are seeking a skilled AI Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and evaluate prompts for large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems. This role focuses on improving model performance, ensuring high-quality outputs, and aligning AI behavior with business objectives.
The ideal candidate understands how AI models interpret instructions and can craft structured prompts that generate accurate, relevant, and context-aware responses.
What you'll work on
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs and generative AI systems
- Develop structured prompt frameworks for various use cases (content generation, reasoning, summarization, code generation, etc.)
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, tone, and alignment
- Refine prompts to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve AI workflows
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering
- Analyze model behavior and implement iterative improvements
What we're looking for
- Experience with Python or scripting languages
- Familiarity with NLP concepts
- Experience in AI evaluation or model alignment
- Understanding of prompt chaining and system prompts
- Knowledge of AI safety and bias mitigation
