This role requires strong technical expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and large language models (LLMs), with a proven track record of building scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working with OpenAI’s GPT series, Anthropic’s Claude, Google’s Gemini, and open-source models like Llama.
What you'll work on
- Design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms for applications such as OCR, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), conversational agents, and content generation.
- Develop and optimize prompts for LLMs to improve model outputs and align with business objectives.
- Evaluate and fine-tune ML models and LLMs using rigorous testing and validation methodologies.
- Collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets to support AI model training and deployment.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI models into products and services.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning frameworks to incorporate best practices and new technologies.
- Deploy AI models into production environments and monitor performance, making necessary adjustments over time.
What we're looking for
- Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Open-source contributions in AI projects or active participation in AI research communities.
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
- Domain knowledge in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or technology.
