We are on a mission to help retailers and consumer brands accelerate their growth by making smarter data-driven marketing decisions. From day one, Sellforte has been inherently a data science company. Our product is built on advanced modelling instead of vanity metrics. Since 2017, we have delivered a state-of-the-art Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) solution that helps marketing teams and agencies evaluate and improve the effectiveness of their marketing and promotional activities.
We are now entering a new phase of growth. Our customer base is expanding internationally, and at the same time we are scaling our product to support new use cases beyond traditional MMM. This includes moving toward more granular optimisation, broader decision-making support, and increasingly automated and intelligent marketing workflows, as well as tighter integration of causal experimentation to continuously validate and improve decisions.
This growth brings both opportunities and challenges. As we expand, we need to continuously improve how our product works in real-world situations, how we deliver value to customers, and how we scale our ways of working. What you'll work on
Your main responsibility is to ensure that our customers get clear, reliable value from the Sellforte service.
You will work closely with customer data, modelling pipelines, and stakeholders to make sure everything runs smoothly and produces actionable insights.
In practice, you will:
- Work directly with customers to solve business problems using data and modelling
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand customer data and identify issues or opportunities
- Onboard new customers by setting up data pipelines, configuring models, and ensuring a smooth launch overall
- Ensure that modelling and product pipelines run reliably and produce high-quality outputs
- Validate results, forecasts, and recommendations before they are delivered to customers
- Participate in customer meetings and communicate technical topics in a clear and practical way
A key part of the role is also improving how the product works through real usage. You will:
- Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies in delivery and turn them into improvements
- Automate workflows and reduce manual work using modern AI tools
- Contribute to product and pipeline development based on real customer needs
- Work closely with other Data Scientists to develop and refine models, including Bayesian time-series models
