Role overview
We are seeking a proactive and technically sharp AI/ML Engineer to join our distributed team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between experimental data science and production-grade software engineering. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models that solve real-world problems.
What we're looking for
Roles and Responsibilities :
Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models (Supervised, Unsupervised, and Deep Learning) to meet specific business objectives.
Generative AI Integration: Implement and optimize GenAI solutions, including LLM fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, and building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Production Deployment: Transition models from research environments to production using Docker and Kubernetes.
Data Engineering: Collaborate with data teams to build robust ETL pipelines and perform feature engineering on large-scale datasets.
MLOps & Monitoring: Use tools like MLflow or Weights & Biases to track experiments, monitor model drift, and ensure high performance in live environments.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Backend Engineers to integrate AI features into our core applications.

Pay: Up to $800,000.00 per year
