The anticipated rate for this position is $53.27-$79.86 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates can accrue paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. The Company observes 100 hours of paid holiday time.
What we're looking for
- Complete ownership of modeling lifecycle from problem statement, modeling to implementation.
- Lead scoping sessions with business stakeholders and make recommendations to the business using analytics
- Partner with Business and Technology leaders inside and outside the department on strategic and operational initiatives and guide the organization on analytical upside and scaling
- Analytical Leader and point person for business and internal team in structuring analytical problems
- Lead and develop, AI/ML MVP and production products (Models, Decision tools) for our field executive personas.
- Mentor & guide data scientist on best-practices, methodologies and modeling techniques.
- Develop deep understanding of business problems and find optimal build/buy decision framework for problems
- Model Measurement and Business impact of analytical bets
- Influence and evangelize organization on analytical opportunities and AI industry trends.
- Own & manage multiple cross-functional projects often concurrently.
- Build complex Tableau BI dashboards and visualizations suited for business stakeholders
- Own the creation of optimal user experience and analytical utility of the data visualization ecosystem
