We craft great teas for every occasion, to bring joy and inspire a healthier lifestyle. Guided by our values of people first, ownership, passion for excellence, and consumer and customer centricity, we create long‑term value for our people, trade partners, suppliers, and the communities where we operate.

If you’re a diverse thinker who takes personal ownership to connect ideas and make impactful things happen, someone who shares our values around humanity and courage and someone who enjoys a good cup of tea (on the house!), then we could be a good match! ✨

Your role:

As a Machine Learning Engineer at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, you will build and operationalize machine learning solutions across the Data & AI landscape. You will work on use cases ranging from computer vision and classification to forecasting and LLM-enabled workflows, while using Databricks and Azure as the core delivery platforms. You will be expected to contribute independently to both model-oriented and engineering-oriented work, helping bridge experimentation and production.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain ML pipelines for training, inference, evaluation, and data preparation.
  • Develop solutions across use cases such as computer vision, forecasting, classification, and anomaly-related workflows.
  • Integrate LLMs into pipelines and workflow steps where they create practical business value.
  • Build and maintain supporting APIs, jobs, and orchestration layers for ML-enabled applications.
  • Use Databricks and AzureML to manage environments, runs, data pipelines, and deployment paths.
  • Contribute to engineering quality through version control, CI/CD, testing, packaging, and containerization.
  • Work in Scrum with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary team to convert business requirements into ML solutions.
  • Help improve team practices around maintainability, deployment, and reproducibility.

What we are looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, software engineering, or a similar role.
  • At minimum a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in Python.
  • Solid experience with Azure and Databricks.
  • Good working knowledge of PySpark, SQL, Git, and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience building or productionizing ML workflows beyond notebook-only experimentation.
  • Experience with one or more relevant domains such as classification, forecasting, computer vision, or LLM-enabled workflows.
  • Comfortable using agentic engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
  • Bonus: experience with AzureML, MLflow, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, or MLOps.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience working in Scrum and in multi-disciplinary teams, and a clear interest in learning from and teaching others.

What’s in it for you:

As part of the Data & AI team, you'll join a modern, collaborative environment designed to help you thrive-professionally and personally. Our benefits package includes:

  • Yearly salary review and annual bonus based on company’s results and individual performance
  • Private medical care and employer‑paid life insurance
  • Monthly MyBenefit cafeteria points and holiday reimbursement
  • Access to discounted company products
  • Employee referral rewards up to 3,000 PLN
  • Structured onboarding and continuous learning opportunities
  • Cross‑functional collaboration with global teams
  • Regular HUB events, recognition programs, and a strong culture of teamwork
