About the Opportunity:
This role involves developing predictive models and algorithms to automate critical business functions. The focus is on exploring and analyzing data from multiple sources to gain insights that provide a competitive advantage.
What we're looking for
Develop, implement, and validate predictive and statistical models
Analyze data from various sources to extract meaningful insights
Manage the full modeling life cycle, including data cleansing, feature creation, and iterative model selection
Apply statistics, modeling, and machine learning to enhance system efficiency and algorithm relevance
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily scrum, refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Recommend process improvements
Follow safety guidelines and participate in pre-task planning
Report safety concerns to management
Maintain quality standards across projects
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related technical discipline plus 3 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of related experience without a degree
Experience with statistics, machine learning, algorithm development, predictive modeling, and advanced mathematics
Proficiency in programming languages
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
