Role overview
We are looking for a senior AI Engineer for a remote position with our client.
This role will focus on hands-on engineering, working directly with stakeholders to architect and implement intelligent workflow solutions leveraging the Microsoft AI ecosystem. The initial engagement will involve collaborating closely to design and build the first set of automated and agent-driven workflows, with the opportunity to expand into a small engineering pod as the initiative scales.
The ideal candidate is a builder who can reason through architecture decisions while also implementing solutions directly, and is comfortable operating in an iterative, fast-moving environment.
What we're looking for
- Experience building AI agents, copilots, or LLM-powered automation workflows.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or related generative AI platforms.
- Familiarity with Power Platform integrations across enterprise applications.
- Experience implementing agent-driven or autonomous workflow systems.
- Background working in marketing technology, enterprise workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

- A competitive pay range of $150,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience).
- 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
