About the role
We're not looking for a PhD or a long CV. We're looking for someone genuinely obsessed with AI who wants to build real systems — not run notebooks or call APIs.
This can be a first job. What matters is that you think clearly, move fast, and care about the problem.
What we're looking for
- Strong AI fundamentals. You understand how models work at the architecture level, not just how to use them. Experience with computer vision, audio ML, or on-device inference is a significant plus.
- Builder mentality. You've trained models, built pipelines, or prototyped AI systems in any context. Show us what you've made.
- Startup mindset. You're comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by seeing your work in production, not in a research repo.
Compensation
€28–40k RAL depending on experience + equity package available.
