Compensation Range: $180,000 - $195,000 annually.
Pay: $180,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in data science, machine learning, or applied AI. PhD in a related field preferred.
- Experience owning production ML systems, not just experimentation
- Strong skills in Python, modeling, and evaluation (AUC, calibration, etc.)
- Experience with behavioral, longitudinal, or time-series data
- Experience implementing LLM or generative AI systems in production
- Ability to translate models into real product value
- Experience using LLM’s for operational efficiency
