Senior AI Engineer

What you'll work on

Seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, and scalable AI system architecture, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive strategic AI initiatives.

AI/ML Architecture & Development

• Lead development of sophisticated machine learning and deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

• Architect and optimize LLM based and GenAI solutions, including fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and custom model development.

• Drive feature engineering, experimentation, model tuning, and validation.

AI System Design & Deployment

• Build and maintain end to end AI pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment.

• Deploy large-scale AI systems on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.

• Implement scalable API endpoints and microservices for AI model consumption.

MLOps Strategy & Automation

• Implement modern MLOps practices—model tracking, versioning, monitoring, drift detection, automated retraining.

• Own CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.

Data Engineering

• Work closely with data engineering teams to build high-quality data pipelines.

• Manage large datasets using Spark/Databricks, SQL, and data processing frameworks.

Salary Range- $85,000-$105,000 a year
