Context

The role focuses on designing and delivering advanced analytics and automation for Fixed Income, combining AI-driven insights with robust data engineering to enhance portfolio analysis, risk reporting, and decision support for portfolio managers.
Your position
- You will develop AI systems that monitor, and explain market data, while translating complex financial data into clear, actionable outputs tailored to user conviction and business needs.
- In parallel, you will strengthen the non-AI foundation by standardizing risk reporting, industrializing data flows, and raising overall code quality through testing and deployment.
AI related projects
1) Design and implement AI-driven analytics to automate the interpretation of Fixed Income performance and risk metrics, producing concise daily insights and alerts on material changes for portfolio managers using Bloomberg PORT > JMGR and internal data bases.
2) Develop intelligent monitoring and support agents within the data platform to improve system reliability, code quality, and delivery pipelines through automated diagnostics, testing, refactoring, and change notifications.
3) Explore and prototype AI-enabled financial tools, including research assistants (e.g., Bloomberg’s ASKB feature), valuation models, and automated operational reporting, to enhance transparency and efficiency across investment workflows.
Other projects:
1) Review, standardize, and centralize VaR reporting frameworks.
2) Perform in-depth comparative analysis and data cleanup across multiple Fixed Income portfolios to improve consistency, accuracy, and usability of analytics.
3) Industrialize data and messaging workflows by containerizing services and strengthening the robustness of data pipelines.

- Master's degree in data science, ML/AI, computer science, software engineering & statics
Technical skills: Python
Languages: Fluent in English + French or Dutch
