Senior AI/ML Engineer (Payor Focus):**

We are seeking an expert Senior AI/ML Engineer (Payor Focus) with a strong healthcare or insurance background to design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine-learning models and data pipelines that support claims automation, underwriting, and clinical analytics. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product owners to deliver robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions; apply best-practice MLOps to monitor performance, manage drift, and uphold regulatory and security standards; and, when required, integrate third-party AI products or services by working with external vendors. Your deep technical expertise will translate complex analytics into actionable insights that improve healthcare delivery and streamline insurance operations—without any direct people-management responsibilities.

• Lead the end-to-end AI lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, model development, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring.
