The Company**
A company is building an AI-powered platform designed to fully automate accounts receivable and debt collection workflows.
Rather than a traditional SaaS tool, it develops an autonomous engine that connects directly to client systems and manages the entire process — from payment reminders to legal escalation — through intelligent, end-to-end workflows powered by LLMs.
The company is at pre-seed stage (~€1M raised) with a founding team of 3 and is entering a key phase of product construction.
Role
Looking for a hands-on Founding Engineer to join at an early stage as one of the first technical hires, working directly with the CTO.
- Build and ship product features from scratch to production
- Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows (LLMs, agents, automation)
- Work across the full stack (backend, frontend, infra, data)
- Integrate with client systems and orchestrate complex data flows
- Contribute to core architectural decisions in a zero-legacy environment
- Iterate fast and take ownership of product scope
