Job Title: AI Engineer – Print ManufacturingJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for our print manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, quality control, and IT teams to build intelligent systems that optimize printing processes, improve product quality, reduce downtime, and increase operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. AI/ML Model Development

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to improve print production processes.
Develop predictive models for equipment maintenance, defect detection, and production optimization.
Implement computer vision solutions for print quality inspection and defect detection.

1. Data Engineering & Integration

Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets from printing machines, sensors, and ERP/MES systems.
Integrate AI models with existing manufacturing software and production systems.
Build data pipelines for real-time monitoring and analytics.

Develop AI-driven tools to optimize ink usage, color consistency, and machine calibration.
Implement demand forecasting models for print orders and inventory planning.
