We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven systems and products. The successful candidate will have a deep expertise in machine learning, along with experience building and maintaining production-grade AI systems. This role combines the expertise of a senior software engineer in system architecture and scalable application development with the capabilities of an AI engineer who can apply data science techniques to understand complex datasets and problem domains, and use that insight to design, train, and deploy machine learning models for production environments. While we require at least 4 years of experience for this role, we are open to considering candidates with less experience who demonstrate the ability to handle this level of responsibility during the interview process.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in AI product development with Python
- Strong expertise in machine learning, and data-driven system design
- Knowledge of or an interest in the aerial industry
- Strong problem-solving, system design, and technical leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
