Joining Ads RnD as a versatile engineer, you’ll become part of a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about crafting innovative self-serve advertising tools. You will work alongside Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and senior engineers—rapidly learning our stack, shipping end to end features, and iterating on experiments to fuel Spotify Ad platform’s growth.

Where You'll Be

    • You’ll be based in Australia, within a region in which we have a work location (Sydney or Melbourne)
    • We are a distributed workforce enabling our band members to find a work mode that is best for them! We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home full time. 
    • Working hours? We operate within the Australian Eastern Standard time zone for collaboration and often need to communicate with our other team members in US, PST and EST
