What you'll work on
- Design and build AI-driven solutions (e.g. RAG systems, agentic workflows, tool-integrated applications)
- Contribute to data platforms and architectures that enable scalable AI and analytics use cases
- Own end-to-end delivery from architecture and prototyping to productionization (incl. evaluation, monitoring, iteration)
- Work with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions across GenAI, data, and integration domains
- Support sales and capability development, including proposals, demos, and mentoring others

- Databricks ecosystem (Delta, Unity Catalog, pipelines)
- MLOps / LLMOps practices (CI/CD, evaluation, monitoring)
- Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Bicep)
- Open-source LLMs (e.g. LLaMA, Mistral)
- Model adaptation techniques (fine-tuning, LoRA, prompt optimization)
- SQL & data handling
