About the Role
TD SYNNEX is looking for a hands-onAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI and automation solutions across the enterprise.
This is adevelopment-focused role centered on coding, prototyping, integrating, and delivering production-ready AI applications. While cross-team collaboration is key to successful delivery, the role remains strongly grounded inhands-on engineering and technical implementation.
Operating at the intersection ofAI engineering and enterprise system integration, this role plays a key part in accelerating scalable, secure AI adoption across the organization.

About the Team
You will join thecentral AI function, acting as a cross-functional integration hub across AI Development, Data Practice, RMT, BPA, and other automation teams.
What you'll work on
- Accelerate enterprise AI adoption through practical, high-impact solutions
- Reduce duplication and fragmentation across AI initiatives
- Build reusable architectures and shared AI components
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready

- Design, develop, and deployend-to-end AI and automation solutions
- Rapidly prototype AI use cases and convert them intoproduction-ready applications
- BuildAI services, APIs, and integrations supporting enterprise workflows
- Integrate AI models intoERP, CRM, e-commerce, and other enterprise systems
- Developreusable components, integration patterns, and shared services
- Ensure solutions meetenterprise security, scalability, and architecture standards
- Contribute toAI integration standards and technical best practices
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks to improvedelivery speed and ROI
- Focus primarily onhands-on AI development and solution implementation
- Writeproduction-grade Python code and build deployable AI services
- Translate business AI use cases intoscalable working applications
- Integrate AI models intoenterprise platforms and operational workflows
- Collaborate with AI, data, and automation teams across the organization
- Identify opportunities fortechnical reuse and shared architecture
- Ensure solutions comply withenterprise security and responsible AI guidelines
- Document solutions and supportknowledge transfer across teams

Skills Experience
- 3 years experience in AI/ML engineering, automation, or AI-enabled system integration
- Strong development skills inPython andAI/ML frameworks(TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace)
- Experience integrating AI solutions withenterprise systems through APIs
- Solid understanding ofdata pipelines, orchestration, and system integration
- Experience withcloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP a plus)
- Proven ability to deliverend-to-end AI solutions from concept to deployment
- Understanding ofAI governance and responsible AI principles
- Familiarity withMLOps practices and AI lifecycle management
- Experience withlow-code / no-code platforms (Power Platform, RPA) is a plus
