We are seeking a highly skilled
AI/ML Engineer
with strong hands-on development experience and prior to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who thrives in designing and deploying AI-driven solutions within enterprise environments.

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on AI technologies

• Proven experience designing and implementing complex software frameworks

• Deep expertise in:

• Generative AI

• Machine Learning & Deep Learning

• Natural Language Processing (NLP)

• Strong programming skills in
  Python, Java, or C++
  (hands-on coding required)

• Experience with AI frameworks such as
  LangChain, LangGraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras

• Experience deploying AI solutions on
  AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Strong understanding of:

• Microservices architecture

• Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

• Cloud-native platforms

• CI/CD pipelines & Agile methodologies

• Experience modernizing enterprise applications using AI technologies

• Ability to integrate AI into existing development workflows

• Strong system optimization, scalability, and performance tuning skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Experience working with
U.S. Federal Government agencies

⭐ Knowledge of AI-related data privacy & security regulations

⭐ Experience mentoring technical teams

⭐ Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex AI concepts

⭐ Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous learning
