What you'll work on
- Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other machine learning tools.
- Implement unsupervised learning techniques to enhance model accuracy and adaptability for complex data sets.
- Lead model training sessions, utilizing large-scale datasets stored in cloud environments like AWS, ensuring robust performance and scalability.
- Develop ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources including Hadoop, Spark, and SQL databases.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design efficient database schemas and support linked data initiatives for seamless data integration.
- Deploy AI models into production environments using best practices for model deployment and continuous monitoring.
- Conduct research on natural language processing (NLP) techniques to improve language understanding capabilities within generative models.
- Utilize data mining and analytics tools such as SAS, Looker, Talend, and VBA to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Engage in cross-disciplinary teamwork involving quantum engineering principles when applicable to enhance model performance or explore novel computational approaches.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in developing machine learning models with a focus on generative AI applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), and SQL for coding, scripting, and database management.
- Hands-on expertise with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and related ETL tools like Talend.
- Practical knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), model training techniques, and model deployment strategies.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services for scalable computing and storage solutions.
- Background in data mining, analytics tools like Looker or SAS, and database design principles for managing linked data structures.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
