I am passionate about scaling up opportunities to increase economic freedom around the world. With a robust background in operations, community development, and blockchain technology. Throughout my professional path, I have demonstrated a consistent ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver high-impact results in all of the spaces and initiatives I’ve been involved with. Here are 3 examples that deeply resonate with this position: • Leading HR strategy and recruitment, streamlining operations, and conducting extensive user research at El Dorado have allowed me to develop a data-driven approach to solving problems and identifying growth opportunities. • My experience as the LATAM representative at the 4th cohort of the Ethereum Foundation’s Next Billion Fellowship has furthered my understanding of crypto’s potential to address large-scale societal challenges and the barriers to achieving mainstream adoption across the region. • Co-founding Ethereum Venezuela has provided me with direct experience in community building, securing funding, and setting strategic goals in highly complex settings—all while navigating the rapidly evolving crypto landscape. I thrive in dynamic environments where quick pivots and innovative problem-solving are essential. My experience managing cross-functional teams in both in-person and remote settings has taught me the value of clear communication, especially when tackling complex challenges.
