About the team

TikTok's Data Cycling Center Team focuses on building content, understanding, and data-driven solutions for both internal stakeholders and tools for external users. We focus on both delivering human intelligence and direct content understanding, helping solve large impact business and ML problems from that understanding. By delivering the highest quality data possible, we play a key part in developing industry leading AI models.

What we're looking for

• Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.
• Experience with the AIGC modeling process: Have previously trained or applied MLLM models (T2I and T2V) for key business use cases.
• Understand the data curation process and model evaluation criteria when developing AIGC models.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $176356 - $395280 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
