Our guest this week, Jazzie Smith, is a Certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Mental Emotional Release® Specialist, and Reiki Master with half a decade of experience including hundreds of transformational client sessions. She is the founder of Interactive Dream Therapy (IDT), a conscious journeying process that blends guided dreamscape exploration with subconscious transformation.

Her mission is to empower motivated individuals to release patterns of anxiety, stress, and self-doubt, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and rise into confidence, peace, and clarity. She believes everyone has the ability to rewrite their story, release limiting beliefs, and create a life rooted in joy, balance, and purpose.

In addition to her private practice, Jazzie serves as a hypnotherapist with JoyMind Hypnotherapy, a leading organization for virtual subconscious coaching. She is an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church and a member of both the American Hypnosis Association (AHA) and the International Association of Professional Conversational Hypnotherapists (IAPCH).

She holds multiple awards and advanced certifications in mind-body healing, consciousness work, and metaphysical exploration. Jazzie is currently pursuing a Clinical Hypnotherapy designation and a degree in Mind-Body Psychology at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute. She is also a Certified Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) Practitioner, guiding clients through expansive multidimensional healing experiences in a safe, supportive space—both online and in person.
